Project Health: Status Report

The Status Report file includes all status reports that have been posted since the project was created. It also includes the status report custom properties that have been set to reportable.

Note that the Status Report export file does not roll up the status reports from the sub-projects.

Field description

Column & Title	Description
A. Activity	The project name.
B. ActivityId	Fluid project unique ID.
C. ActivityRef	The project external reference.
D. ExternalReference	The project external reference.
E. StatusDate	The report date of the status.
F. OverallRAG	The overall RAG of the project.
G. ExecutiveSummary	The status report strapline.
H. Achievements	The achievements of the project during that status time frame.
I. NextSteps	The description of the next steps to be taken for the project.
J. Created	The date that the status report was created.
K. CreatedBy	The name of the user who created the status report.
L. CreatedById	The Fluid ID of the user who created the status report.
M. CreatedByRef	The username of the user who created the status report.
N. Modified	The date that the status report was last updated.
O. ModifiedBy	The name of the user who last updated the status report.
P. ModifiedById	The Fluid ID of the user who last updated the status report
Q. ModifiedByRef	The username of the user who last updated the status report.
From Row R, the following columns will be repeated for each status RAG component that has been configured by the administrator. You can find more on status report RAG components here.
<RAG Component Title> RAG	The RAG status of the RAG component.
<RAG Component Title> Owner	The name of the person who is responsible for the resolution of that RAG component.
<RAG Component Title> OwnerId	The username of the person who is responsible for the resolution of that RAG component.
<RAG Component Title> PathToGreen	The date which the RAG component will be expected to be on the path to green status.
<RAG Component Title> Issue/Risk Id	The Fluid unique ID of the issue/risk linked to this RAG component.
<RAG Component Title> Issue/Risk Name	The title of the issue/risk linked to this RAG component.
<RAG Component Title> Commentary	The path-to-green mitigating commentary.

Last columns	Status report custom properties that have been set to Reportable.
