Fluid Meetings help you track, plan, manage outcomes and gain insight into the effectiveness of your meetings.

Fluid seamlessly integrates into your regular day-to-day meeting activity, facilitating clear objectives and complete certainty on what needs to happen next. The idea is to move away from creating mass stacks of reporting packs and the manual effort that goes into building them. The focus now is on:

  • Before the meeting
    • Improving preparation
    • Easy scheduling
    • Collaboration & Communication
  • During the meeting
    • Focused conversation
    • Clear outcomes
    • Automated minutes
  • After the meeting
    • Less emails
    • Immediate access to meeting information
    • Better feedback loops
    • Keep work moving forward

Every meeting in Fluid meeting consists of:

The meeting dashboard aggregates the information from all the sessions into a single action log with overall performance metrics. You will find on the meeting dashboard page the list of all sessions held, the action/decision log for the meeting as well as how the meeting and its members are performing.

A meeting can have an unlimited number of sessions. Capturing your meeting agenda or your meeting minutes is very easy thanks to the use of capture commands and natural language to input your meeting content. Click here to learn more about capturing your content.
